People want to come to them and whilst that demand is there there is less reason to change.
You’re of course right it comes to greed and more likely organisation inertia and lack of changing the culture of these establishment. It’s really hard to change that especially when all these initiatives are seen as kip Service.
Yeah I at least the idea of these places I guess "mythology" is being challenged and younger people now arent so in love with the idea of paying a lot of money to damage your mental health and being treated like trash, so some universities are going to have to adjust down the line

I’m of course nit asking you in particular to do anything but how can they implement these things
education reform at high school and university is pretty much a waste
need to prioritize preschool and middle school and build a better foundation and emphasis on education early on
the amount of kids in middle school who are well behind the curve when it comes to reading, writing, and math is staggering
