Not just stick to the timetable you have. Set short time and long term goals.
I don't have the routine down. Everyone always tells me this response irl too. But it's not like I actually wake up and sleep like this consistently. I woke up at 12:30pm on Sunday morning.
I want to get a strict rigid routine down before I reflect like this. I've never had it in my life for a long period of time, but when I have had it, I've been the happiest and most fulfilled, and actually got to doing other things I'd been meaning to like socializing.
