easy applys a trap bc i dont get to take the technical assessment, they just dismiss me bc i dont have a bachelors, like you spend time trawling the mission statement section of their site in order to make sure your cover letter conveys that your values align w theirs but ultimately get ignored anyway bc you didnt live on the same dorm floor as the assistant head of recruitment seven years ago its trash

na my older brother told me years ago college was more about networking than w/e you major in unless youre stem and id wanted an english degree so i dropped out to work and help my mom

years passed and i realized all the rationalizations i used to cope w my terrible mgmt jobs were bullshit, self taught for a bootcamp, got into one, passed it, and here i am
