I'm getting Dan a tech sales job so he can buy the brewery instead
What’s the normal commission structure on tech sales
It’s mostly annuities right
Manifest that s*** and make it happen
I tried already and they responded back within 12 hrs that I wasn’t qualified

It depends on the size of the deals but yeah most SaaS is recurring
Usually a small percentage upon signing of the overall deal that has a bunch of clauses
But a lot of SaaS is moving towards a usage model where you pay for how much you use instead of pure monthly/yearly subs
Ngl simmons for siakam is objectively the funniest trade possible imho
Lowry and a future first for Simmons*

Do remote but limit to the Midwest
Try Minneapolis for example it has a nice little hub
Detroit too
Also yeah Chicago should still have something for sure 🙂
Lazboy has you by the vice grip tho cuz it’s a job you can make 60k plus at with full benefits but it also falls under retail sales so even management prob isn’t that valuable out in the marketplace.
The problem is that similar jobs are at best lateral movements and usually much worse in Pay and benefits. At least from what I’ve seen. I really would prefer b2b sales and not having to work on weekends anymore or deal with idiotic customers.

Such a trap to get you grinding long term
Not many things worse than being in sales and getting the sale but the company can’t deliver because they are s***

You will never be able to get away from perceived idiots if you’re in sales
But yes generally you want to keep finding a better product to sell that increases your earning potential

Do it bro. You’ll probably have to take a slight paycut to start off but you can quickly move up if you do well
