i don't think that everyone on breadtube is a grifter, i think a lot of them genuinely think and believe in what they're doing. there are grifters in it though, like with any other political community.
but fantano is completely disingenuous. guy has always been left politics-wise sure, but he was doing interviews with like sam hyde, and was appearing on amazing atheist podcasts and s***. dude was insanely dedicated to arguing on twitter with people from the community on issues he disagreed with. after the hitpiece, he suddenly wipes his old content and begins act like some sanctimonious socdem activist, even s***ting on people he was literally friends with up until the hit piece. you can literally find the exact moment he transitioned in politics on twitter and changed his content, it's like right after the hitpiece. the fact that he's Complex-funded and hides it as well is hilarious. the guy is incredibly hypocritical and fake.
