In 2008 52% of the youth vote turned out. Obama won that 67-37. In 2012 49% came out. 2016 50% came out
I am telling you this now and this is the assertion i made and will restate since you cant read. The turnout of the youth vote will be lower than clinton and obamas.
It will be in line with the 41% that came out to vote during the kerry, bush election
My assertion is based on bidens abysmal historically low enthusiasm numbers with young voters.

I'm not a statistician, I have no evidence to support whether the polls are inflated or deflated or wrong entirely.

im starting to think these +10 polls for biden are slightly inflated. The amount of hate/apathy i see for biden in my circle of 18-22 yr olds is unmatched and also in the broader under 35 demo as well. Its staggering.
I remember 2016 very well and there was never this much vitrol towards clinton. I remember some friends roasting pokemon go to the polls but they were one or two edgy white kids. Bidens dissatisfaction stretches to apolitical poc in a way Hillary never did. Like my generation isn’t dumb, we’ve researched his record. We’ve seen the ghoulish things he’s done. Anyway November will be interesting
