There’s many stats posted by the Mayor and others that lots of minorities in Chicago and across the USA don’t trust the vaccine. My personal experience is circumstantial evidence but it’s not the only evidence. Chicago even employed a vaccine education program in the south and west sides, they didn’t do that for no reason.
