He does want to fight for the title but he feels like he should already be champion and is open to blowing off the title fight for other fights.

A lot of the media is hyping up Conor and Dustin 3 being for the title but that is rubbing other people the wrong way because Conor is coming off of a loss and shouldn't be fighting for the title.

Dana screwed over Dustin trying to sucker Khabib into another fight when Conor and Dustin 2 probably should have just been for the vacant title.
