Same with pork tho, if you fw pork bbq like that then Tx bbq isn’t the bbq for you.Just in general doesn’t hold smoke and taste as well as beef does and is a filthy animal we prolly shouldn’t eat. If I was a stronger man I’d not eat any pork products at all.
