But then isn't the owner of the bakery being exploited and unfairly compensated for doing work for the business beyond that of his employees and not getting any additional money or benefits from it?
I follow what you're saying and it kind of bleeds into the second point I made in the previous post. that without the infrastructure that the boss creates the employee would have no opportunity to earn any wage and therefore must hold a value that gets subtracted from the wage. Just because it's not an equal split it doesn't make it unfair due to the fact there are other things that need be addressed and paid for.
can you give an example of a business model where everyone makes a fair wage? because I'm playing this out in my head and in every sort of scenario I'm imaging there is always someone who does something more than the rest and therefore should receive some higher level of compensation.
In the scenario where he makes 200 and the worker makes one hundred? he did make additional money, because he put in more labor. You can't exploit yourself. This is the scenario that would occur if everyone was paid a fair wage. you get out what you put in, so to speak. no exploitation occurs.
But also the point is, we aren't starting from zero. We have people who have never had a chance to have access to capital, who were shut out from the means of production, who were left with nothing to sell but their labor. therefore, the whole ownership process is illegitimate to me. these people had access to some sort of capital, and have used it to create a system that reproduces itself in perpetuity. sure, jeff bezos had an idea, but he also got a 300k loan and was not from a class of people historically shut out from the economic process. also, an idea only goes so far. is it not the workers who are keeping his wealth growing? and those workers are exploited.
and again like i said, fair=/= equal
but, i don't actually know if its possible under capitalism. why? because capitalism demands profits. how is profit created? the extraction of surplus value. and the extraction of that surplus value demands that a fair wage isn't paid.
now, if, workers owned a store in a democratic, cooperative fashion, all decided that they would use their own surplus value to keep their business running, it would be ok i think. so if 5 workers all created 1000 dollars of value each over the course of the working day, but agreed to only make 700 in wages, so that we have a total of 1500 in surplus value to go towards logistical measures, this can't exploitative because as i said, you cannot exploit yourself.

How often you upgrade?
Like i said, if the system changes, I will.
guess you better pray they dont take mao's advice on landlords.
How often you upgrade?
Every two years. Figure if I ever really was pressed for money I would just get the model I skipped.
The phone market is stupid and phones dont upgrade themselves enough to make it worth it but I still do every 2 to be greedy
I’m still on iPhone X and see no reason to upgrade for marginal benefits. Will do it again when they have another radical design change
Bout to take these Ghiradelli Premium Brownies out of the oven
Then im gonna put some buffalo tenders in
I cant be stopped!!!
