MCNyeah but that's based on the influence of people with a real (or at least perceived) platform and following. conversation on a forum where everyone is an equal is going to be a pretty unproductive back and forth almost all of the time.
I do try to understand others perspectives and learn through these conversations but I definitely feel like I'm in the extreme minority and most of the political convos on this site or any site are unproductive back and forths.
Theres plenty of people will small spheres of influence that played a role though
