i did grant writing and some admin stuff for a food pantry and it was always the same people taking the maximum allowed amount over and over
made me kinda cynical about it
yeah i found a lot of people using the shelter were just people trying to save and the people who were really down bad didnt even know how to get to the shelters / food banks
