COVID-19 has impacted us all in many ways, so I pray for the safety and health of our communities domestically and abroad. I am truly excited for the season to start and I am also praying that everyone remains safe and healthy throughout this journey.
Instead of speaking to the media today, I am issuing this statement to ensure that my message is conveyed properly.

??? Kyrie seems entitled man. If he wants to be around his family so much then dont be a basketball player. He should understand the commitment required as a player. He doesnt get to choose when he wants to play or not. Athletes get paid what they do because its a grind day in day out. Hows that fair to his teammates?

If you taking a leave from the team you let the coach know not because of some money contract thing, you tell them because it's a basic respect thing. Like he already said "We don't really need a coach" and now he just went off without telling the coach...like come on son. It just makes the coach look like he hardly has control.
