all for a service that runs like 2 minutes delayed from live tv and still buffers

My modem broke a couple months ago. Called the cable company because they supply my internet as well. Mfers said they couldn’t get to my house until Tuesday when it was Sunday. Went to the local cable office but it turns out they’re only open on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 8-1 PM. Closest one that was open on a Monday was 90 minutes away
