But for real I do wish that lightfoot and other “leaders” in this country would do something to enact real change in certain communities.

Try to fix the generational poverty that creates a never ending circle of addiction, crime and incarceration. Instill hope in the communities with actual solutions that help end this cycle.

Right now it’s just a bunch of catchy phrases like “invest southwest” which does do some good things but not enough, the communities are still plagued with violence every single day. Idk what the answer is but I know enacting a foot chase reform or building a shiny building will maybe put a tiny dent in it? I know it will help her their relection chances Not help these people live better lives.
