i mean they could easily calculate that. i think itd be easier if, the employee did it by paper check, you give them their 8 hour wage at the end of the day, then end of the week you give them any overtime wages. and if thats too difficult for companies, then just give them the OT at the end of the day

but i know these computers that track your punches to the minute make it really easy to calculate all this
