    Not here rn

Crazy how this list was enough to start this much s*** back then now every pea brain outlet puts out dogshit lists like this all the time and no one gives af

yea these outlets still curated discussion and shaped narratives to a certain extent back then, they were basically cultural gatekeepers, this s*** happened when they were still feeding off the old days when there weren't many platforms for artists to speak directly to fans and shape the narrative on their own, like that crossover period before things started moving online and the complete social media takeover in 2015-2018

I sorta miss s*** like this because now we have this weirdo s*** where artists completely control the narrative with fake ass influencer or inner circle interviews conveniently dodging getting pressed and only using direct to fan communication to control the narrative, s***'s gotten so fragmented that you can take a huge L but it won't even transfer to certain environments and you can just brush it off... it's counterintuitive but a certain level of gatekeeping by media outlets was actually healthy for the game, especially when it was perfectly balanced with social media in that 2010-2014 era

Yes but niggas want you to believe that Control happened for no reason

The irony the weirdos on here were saying Kendrick was the one jealous

Had no idea they were subbing before Control

  • 1. saying “somebodys gonna die” first sentence is hilarious

    2. even funnier quote after what actually happened when the beef kicked off

  • Oct 12, 2025

Yep basically since post GKMC they’ve been off and on subbing each other. Same with Jay Z
