    @Malakas u should u been doing body weight exercises right? whats the difference from that to working out with weights?

    Only difference afaik is that the resistance is your own weight rather than adjustable metal plates, so unlike weight training eventually you’ll plateau, but if you really wanted to there’s a vest you can cop that you can attach added weight to for more resistance. Some people say body weight exercises have the added benefit of increasing flexibility, I can’t really say though as I’m still relatively new to the regiment. I can see that being the case for pullups since you’re stretched the whole time. It’s also nice to not rely on a gym membership/expensive equipment, a 25 dollar pull up bar and a 30 dollar set of rings is all I need
