I really think was the best of the bunch from Kendrick throughout the beef. Like That was a light jab but it got the ball rolling, Euphoria was a nothing burger, Meet the Grahams hype disappeared after 10 minutes and NLU was the definition of clout chasing. There's something about this track that felt real. He was going in the right direction here, most memorable bars, best production, his cadence and tone and everything was great. It says something about the beef that the community let this s*** fly under the radar. Everyone was looking for the best lies and most botted numbers when rap beef always been about barring out. He delivered on this one but it didn't get an official release smh

don't lie, family matters dropped and it was hype online, then meet the grahams dropped and for that 24 hours (if that) there was this consensus that kendrick won the battle based off the two tracks, then NLU destroyed what was left

The aftermath of this beef has been disastrous. But the moment itself and the songs? Beautiful..

  • May 3, 2025

that moment in the beef thread when the connection was made between the samples in euphoria and 6:16 in la felt like discovering a new world

  • May 3, 2025

by far the best song in the beef imo

always felt like the only record dot was rlly talking directly to drake only and not us/the listeners too, if that makes sense - man idk how to explain it

  • Kendrick’s changes in voice don’t always hit for me but this was a great example of when it does.

    Masterful song.
