Kendrick’s best album. As someone that became a fan after Ignorance is Bliss/Lookout for Detox, GKMC and TPAB were extremely overrated to me, great albums just not as mind blowing as people gave them credit to be. Kendrick after Sec80 dipped in quality to me lyrically more in favor for album cohesion being the primary focus. Like That onwards Kendrick started having quotables again which is all I really wanted from him. GNX is dope cause he didn’t make a concept album, plenty of great songs with concepts. Overall kendricks most well rounded album with hits, hard raps, quotables, catchy delivery, some of his best production, and raw energy
