Still a great album multiple tracks in my gym rotation. Wish Hey Now was the track that got to pop off though.

The multi year online smear campaign to make Kendrick seem like the worst person alive just made this album and his run that much more legendary

They tried and continue to try anything to stop this nigga and it’s all meaningless

album of the decade btw

one of the best follow ups to an already amazing year for a rapper, and he still kept his foot on the gas afterwards

Kinda feels like his Illmatic, not entirely though, but in the way that it’s formatted. Short 12 tracks at about 40 minutes. Kinda just him blacking out on every song, with a good touch of consciousness mixed in

it’s amazing that this is probably the 4th best kendrick album and it’s still an 8/10

Not putting Not Like Us on here is an underrated flex as well
