Song to the Siren. wow. the production. Shake sounds so great on this.
why aren't these songs longer!!
Love exists, and it's coming home to ME
i think this album improves in the middle and back half. the song structures are just easier i think. every album we get further away from the Modus Vivendi-type slaps lol which is fine, of course.
early favorites are Sin, Into Your Garden, Winter Baby / New Jersey Blues, and Song to the Siren
Sin and Into Your Garden probably my favorites so far, they feel like full songs.
if she thought that JT verse was what the song needed, then... cool

i caved and listened to love
…
um…
i have no words other than to say its the first song in a looong time that feels like this
this is so unrelated, but i used to love this song in middle school and realized the vocals on love remind me of 4:57 onwards

The sound on this was all over the place but not in a bad way - there were beautiful moments everywhere
