  • The game follows Yoshi as he enters a living encyclopedia, where he seeks and interacts with peculiar creatures in the book's pages in order to solve puzzles, complete objectives, and traverse through levels.

  • Reviews dropped today.

80% on OC and 80 on MC.

seems like a solid platformer for the Switch 2.

  • Glad to see it getting mostly 8s and 9s, this looks like a really creative and unique game

    WAITING ON SILENT

    anyone picking this up?

played a few hours, it’s truly a joy to play. It feels like what I wanted from a sequel to yoshi’s island, finding the 3 or so flowers in each stage is actually challenging. It looks f***in sweet in 4k too. It’s only “for kids” in the sense that getting to the end of the level is easy, but actually getting 100% in the levels will take skill

each level has a ton of unique discovery, even beyond getting all the flowers, later on you can buy hints too so you can make it more or less difficult for yourself

    love hearing this

  • This is a puzzle-platformer that really lets you just enjoy the puzzles. I actually love that you can’t die, I thought it would make the game feel too easy but instead it allows you to focus on experimentation and problem solving. I’m gonna be sad when everything’s been discovered though, it’s not as replayable as something like Mario but I love this weird pocket they’ve found.

  • Putting me to sleep unfortunately....Think im in the minority though from what im seeing.

damn it’s been $60 for months now, I guess they just changed it.

personally I just got it for $60 digital because I get eshop credit for the low on new egg and Costco, that way you’re always saving a bit extra on top.

But I prefer digital and love Yoshi so that advice isn’t for everyone
