it’s really not that simple for black men in corporate America and 9/10 you’ll be in a situation where if you offloaded too much to AI now you’re fired cause you can’t speak to s*** a***ytically no one else ever has to cause they not black lol

My friend sent me a report from early careers banking and markets applicants and the difference in selection between AI use was nominal

Of course this is a small sample size who are screened usually on attendance to spring weeks and previous internships + networks

you can still work but embracing AI to make you more productive will put you so far ahead of so many people

this doesn't mean pumping out AI slop but if you can create agents to do repetitive work and research for you will become much more productive than otherwise and if someone could explain to me how how they use AI even if they have some genuine interest in using it well without sounding like someone who worships AI or like AI evangelist I'd probably bump them up in a job queue
