Every track is incredible, yes, but it's a compilation album. It's the same reason that "Greatest Hits" albums don't get looked as classics because they're not actual projects

With greatest hits albums they are usually well known songs that have been played to death and usually live on other projects

None of these songs officially live on any other project and none of them are commercial

Lost Tapes was a compilation of unreleased material recorded by Nas in the few years prior

Care Package is a compilation of material that was officially released by Drake in the years prior, but were just never uploaded to DSPs

For that reason, it's closer to a Greatest Hits than it is to a Lost Tapes. Drake's fanbase had already known, lived with, and loved these songs for years before Care Package released
