It’s not breaking a rule, the speed limit is a recommendation that is literally applied by officers on the highway as faster speeds are allowed in non-traffic conditions, and there’s a lane for that suggested by the DOT to drive in if that’s the speed you would like to go at in such flows so people aren’t forced to have to make quick lane changes or you begin causing traffic by simply not moving over for cars that are going 10mph faster than you, meaning in an hour, you’ve slowed 10 miles worth of traffic by just not moving over lmfao

2 people do that and it gets backed up until one of you finally moves over and we get to go “oh this is why traffic is happening, cause these 2 idiots don’t want to drive in the same lane to not impede the flow of this 2 lane road”

I'm a certified Corolla driver. I'm the guy in the right lane who y'all love to tailgate and y'all think y'all are pissing me off. But what you don't know is that I set my cruise control to the exact speed limit, so you'll either keep tailgating and be confused on why I haven't sped up yet or you'll give up and go left
