If Intergalactic’s a no-show then I expect it at TGA (which would actually be surprising to me since they already used TGA to announce said game. Imagine giving Geoff that much clout lol).

You're last sentence is EXACTLY what I just thought after reading that lol you already know. Damn that sucks. Unless they end up showing it at the very beginning. Not likely but possible I guess Opening or closing a show is an honor supposedly reserved for high profile games
Realistically we'll probably get a 7 or 8 minute gameplay trailer in December at the game awards and not a finalized release date but a rough one. My guess is going to be Fall 2026 (September)

Or perhaps they’re just using FF7 as a segue for the Japan section of the broadcast since it’s a big Japanese-made game

They not on the best terms . With how everyone is getting on Xbox about exclusives let them take their time. When the playstation games were at least coming to pc that was like "okay you doing the console war s*** now but when Helix comes we chill" now its just doing a bunch of timed exclusives and deals. There is no logical reason to bring every xbox game to ps5 besides recouping any losses from gamepass. But with call of duty sales they may not need to do that as often
