Making a statement to keep politics out of art specifically now after the Macklemore incident is a statement within itself. Would be one thing if you had always consistently acted in this regard.

I do respect that he has been asked about politics directly before and choose to say nothing. If he was asked a statement on it on stage this is valid but no one asked him anything.
