There's a lot of structured courses and videos out there that probably will serve you well if you are serious about art. Be prepared to be bored though bc that s*** is straight repetition

But personally I hate anything structured like that and I learned just from drawing whatever I wanted. If I wanted a piece with perspective for example I just copied how to do it from other artists during the process

That means your drawing will take a long time though but maybe that's just me

Some people really like Proko. Their videos are not too long and seems like they got a lot of different artists giving advice

Line + gesture , shape, form been self studying for years now.

You can pick up the basics of the fundamentals fairly quickly if you know how to learn. You just need a few videos and then repetition, repetition, repetition

Every fundamental could be broken down in a 3 step process to grasp the basics of it and to produce a decent image.

It’s gonna take a while to get good but if you create your own curriculum and start with good homework and then challenge yourself with something hard then go back and practice again. You have to create milestones for yourself.

Most artists hated practicing and homework and drawing millions of boxes in perspective but you’ll love it eventually over time. You don’t have to draw boxes everyday though, you can do 15 min warm ups and draw references.

But to gain the most exp, I recommend drawing from life. An Apple, lemon, orange , pot , bowl etc. light it properly and draw.
Start with one object, then multiple to challenge yourself.

Again it takes practice, time, consistency and the further you go it then becomes a specialization

  • when I write on the top of rocks in Arizona people assume I'm drawing
