i have them too they're great!
i got a wide toebox so most shoes will kinda press my toes together .
also moisturizer at night + socks right after for an hour or so, few times a week
plantar fasciitis got me fked up every morning. it's not as bad as it used to couple weeks back though since i started to pay attention
it won't fully go away without active recovery imo. id youtube "plantar fasciitis physio" probably involved a lacrosse ball or something

The ones on yt are mostly for relief. I've been doing more workouts that focus on the foot arch that has helped w my condition. My weekly running volume remains unaffected but I did switched one day doing speedwork to an easy run

yeah relief stuff is a diff category than recovery/strengthening ..
i had brutal achiles tendinitis in 2021.
funny thing is i dont even play team sports or jog, but overdid it with HIIT and ignored post workout stretches. my physiotherapist was like "ur not supposed to just rest it till it gets better!!"

I do foot strengthening exercises, wear zero drop shoes when i work out, barefoot a lot in the house, and get pedicures every month or so

Makes sense if it reduces discomfort or pain while using them, but don't expect toe spacers to permanently modify ur bone structure, that would be as dumb as chewing on them jaw liners.
