A case about a big time Lego/minifigure company stole ~$150,000 worth of LEGO Star Wars from a guy has turned into a massive RICO case worth millions and the whole thing is bullshit. Tons of local corruption between police departments and courthouses, CEO of the company and police on camera just falsifying charges, prosecutors and judges admitting to just not looking at evidence

The premise of it all sounds so stupid but I promise this s*** is wild to see play out They straight up muzzled this guy for months while they went on a media tour bold face lying about the whole situation. There’s a couple of videos but this is the latest one. I recommend starting at the beginning of Reckless Ben’s videos, but this is the latest and craziest one so far lol

Oh my god yes! I just went down the rabbit hole for this and none of my friends knew what I was talking about. I’m definitely leaning more towards the previous store owner that got kicked out. They seem more honest and she had hundreds of pictures of the Lego’s that are “missing” instead of a s***ty video that the other guys took. After watching most of the videos on this the brothers seem to back track a lot and try to make sense of any evidence that anyone brings up. They seem to always have an excuse for something. I don’t know they seem a bit off.

I got the OG Lego Star Wars Rebels Ghost for $65 bucks used at a Bricks and Minifigs in Dallas. Now the set is $200+ used. I got a crazy collection myself. Im pretty sure I got Finch Dallow as well cause I bought the Resistance Bomber set the day it dropped. Also have Thrawn, Luminara Unduli, and Quinlan Vos minifigs that are now $50+

It was stupid to dump all that out at a Bricks and Minifigs to begin with cause theyre gonna low ball you.

Thats true too although from what i remember there was some thought put into it ie they didnt literally drop off the entire collection at the counter and there was some sales progression at the store that encouraged more ‘drops’
