HOLY S***.
outta nowhere
DAY 1
all the way in
xenogears remake when tho?
Exclusive IGN preview
Based on Final Fantasy Brave Exvius, but it is not a port, remake, or gacha game. It uses Brave Exvius as a narrative foundation while rebuilding combat, overworld, and structure for a traditional console-style RPG.
The story follows Rain, a knight from Grandshelt, alongside Lasswell, Lid, and Fina, as they try to protect the world's magic crystals from the Veritas of the Dark.
Combat is straight turn-order based, not ATB.
Enemies have a stagger meter that builds with attacks, especially when hitting elemental weaknesses.
Party customization centers on Visions, equippable Final Fantasy legacy characters who add extra skills and abilities.
Confirmed Visions include Cloud, Y'shtola, Warrior of Light, Terra, Zidane, and Shantotto.
Visions can trigger powerful Resonance attacks when enemies are staggered, similar to an all-out attack.
Legacy Final Fantasy Visions are unlocked through shrines that include story montages and quiz-style questions about their original games.
Similar flexibility to Final Fantasy V's Job system.
The game includes classic Final Fantasy elements: airships, chocobos, crystals, summons, leitmotifs, overworld
exploration, and party-building.
The previewer played about three hours and said the full game is expected to be around 30–40 hours, or 60–80 hours for completionists.
We won.

We haven't won unless they add Katy Perry and Ariana Grande summons like Brave Exvius had

Yeah this sounds great. I wouldn’t be opposed to an FF6 remake in this style.
Kind of cool but seems like something could f*** up also. We will see.
