Just to get a fast settlement?

Here’s the story.

I’m a vendor for one of the big Fortune 500 companies.

Last week Monday, I work a gas station and their management spoke with me about a rack our company has in the store and she was telling me that the product isn’t selling anymore and she would like the rack to be removed. I said okay once the product sold down I’ll remove it. Not a big issue I just throw that mf in the truck and toss it in the warehouse.

Now next delivery is Saturday, and this is where it starts. There’s this rude ass lady with an attitude. Just an employee , shes not a manager herself. I was doing my usual routine stocking and what not , I check the rack and there’s still some product on it and I said to myself okay imma just pick it up on Monday. I’m on my way out and the lady spoke on the intercom Aht Aht , don’t forget about the rack, I told her, me and her manager discussed this already , once everything sold down I’ll take it out.

“THATS NOT WHAT I WAS TOLD” and I’m like omg lady it was already discussed and she just kept getting an attitude with me and I’m like , look I’m not your son I’m not your grandson please be respectful . That really set her off she starts cursing me out flicking me off etc , I am taking the rack out and s*** I still hear her ass mouthing off and I’m like okay imma take this mfer back in here and put it in their back room and get that Monday .

Here I am waddling back to the door with the rack nd her ass lock me out, but here’s the thing, there were customers shopping inside the gas station so she had to unlock the door again and when that happened I slithered back inside with the rack and head to their back room.

Here her ass come from the cash register and grab on the rack and start pulling . Of course she doesn’t have strength to pull it from me so I’m just letting her tug on it . She eventually stopped and pushed it and it smacked me in the face . She THEN ran back to the cashiers place and locked me INSIDE, again with customers in the store as well. I’m like lady you acting like a child,give me your managers number and let me out and this b**** just spazzing.

Now she gets another ghetto lady . A regular and a friend I guess to drag the rack outside. So yeah if I go back out I’m getting locked out again. So I grabbed a trash lid and prop the door open grabbed the rack again and now this other b**** pulling on the rack etc SHE NOT EVEN AN EMPLOYEE . Then this b**** had the nerve to call her daddy and the employee called her cousin to come up to the store.

ATP I’m on the phone with my manager and shes hearing all this s*** and soon I eventually talk the the manager of the store and she just saying go ahead and take the rack out she’ll deal with it.

So I skedaddled on I went to my next spot right down the street and I contacted police told them bout it. Couldn’t get her arrested for assault due to conflicting reports and they’d have to arrest me too. F***ing police , I just called them just to be on top of things on end with my job. And I wrote a statement to all my bosses etc and did my thing.

Well my hg told me to get hrs number discuss a mental health
Session with a therapist provided from my company. I’m already on SSRI and I can discuss about my mental well being etc

I’m not really the type to go through such lengths or try to get something but this situation has never happened to me before.

I mean I was clearly assaulted, false imprisonment, and threatened

They told me she got terminated today. And my bosses boss chatted with me today and told me that the company was really pissed off about her

You can sue for anything nephew

The real question is do you have the money to go up against whoever you’re suing

Can’t give you anymore info because I refuse to read all that s***

That’s not even 3 mins man , and I don’t want to take them to court I want them to just cut me a small cheque

Yes but they already fired her and you probably won’t beat the actual gas station chain’s lawyers

Don’t know the law fr but see if you can get the footage and maybe do a civil suit against her for whatever medical s*** but the lawyers and s*** will probably be more than you’d get from a lady working at a gas station for a non surgery bill

I worked a vendor type job sounds like you got a more important job than I did but i didnt give a f*** about none of that s*** i was “supposed” to do lmaoo its the person’s store and im here physically while the vendor company behind a screen somewhere probably not even keeping up with the s*** you doing fr. Mfs working these stores will get violent with you over some s*** that they dont even own lol

But real s*** bro I don't think your lawsuit would be with the gas station. Unfortunately if your employer won't compensate you in any capacity your fight would be with them.
