These d***heads will continue to say Pharrell "needs Chad". Beyonce been f***ing with Pharrell by himself for years on years now and that should be proof alone. She don't work with everybody. Same goes for Jay who has been totally fine and content working with just Pharrell without Chad. This new demo isn't Neptunes production from back then even according to the credits... Just P. This was 2005ish. Had to be. He's the GOAT of his era. That is all.

Chad was synth and mix engineering/arranging and batting cleanup overall on their productions. Adding finishing touches, some bridges, etc. Pharrell was doing like 70% of the s***, that's obvious from all of the studio footage we have. That's not even getting into the networking angle and how if P wasn't the face they'd be nobodies. The stars f***ed with Pharrell heavy, not Chad. For anyone to say Chad was the sauce is simply absurd and ridiculous. Pharrell was the direction. None of Chad's solo s*** comes close to anything they did together. Meanwhile, Pharrell has countless solo classics. That's all the proof any of us should need.
