It was Orlando “Baby Lane” Anderson who fired the shots at Pac and he was never charged (although questioned by police and interviewed about it publicly) but ended up getting killed in 1998 for unrelated reasons

IIRC Keefe D (the man on trial) is the only surviving individual who was in the car that night, I believe he was the driver and Orlando Anderson’s uncle.
